Returns & Refunds
Electrolyte Products
Due to safety, hygiene, and consumable product regulations, PACER electrolyte products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. This applies to all sachets, boxes, and hydration consumable products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pacerhydration@gmail.com with your order details and supporting images so we can review the issue.
Non-Consumable Products
PACER accepts returns for eligible non-consumable products, including bottles and accessories, within 14 days of delivery for UAE domestic orders only.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase included.
Return Process
To request a return for eligible non-consumable products, please contact pacerhydration@gmail.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once approved and inspected, eligible refunds for non-consumable products will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
